Dr. William T. Hoston

Dr. Hoston (Ph.D., University of New Orleans, 2007) is one of the rising professors in the country. He is assistant professor and program convener of the political science program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of New Orleans and has been a faculty member at UHCL since 2009. Dr. Hoston has taught in multiple disciplines in the social sciences that include political science, criminology and criminal justice, sociology, and African-American history.
He is the author of two books:

Why ‘We’ Didn’t Choose You: A Relationship Handbook for Women (and Men), Vol. I.
Dr. Hoston has committed his life to empowering youth and college students for a brighter future. His motto is, “I just want to be an example. Many have come before me and hopefully those that come after will be inspired by the example that I have set.” |
